A little busy …
I am a bit snowed under here – not literally although it is getting cold here. We had snow on the ranges yesterday. I wanted to point you to blog found by Elizabeth of Quieter Moments (if you have not found Elizabeth’s blog do check it out and see what she does with TAST each week.)
I think I may have read Spinning yarns before, but it had only half registered on my mental radar, Elizabeth’s pointer made me take a better look and I liked this new blog. Do pop over check it out and leave a comment.
The other blogger I wanted to point to this morning is Linda of Chloes Place as she has started a flickr group for anyone interested in photographing old sewing baskets.
Mary of Needle n’ Thread has published a free Decorative Border for Hand Embroidery so if you stitch don't miss that.
Life is a bit busy here – so I am going to take a blogging break for a few days. I need to clear the decks and focus to get a few things out of the way. I am still here so feel free to leave comments as I will be approving them but if you go through link withdrawl check out the links in my side bar as many people have updated their blogroll recently and newish blogs are coming to light.
See you in a few days … waving as she I walk out the door … muttering to self “now where was that ‘To Do’ list?” … sigh ...

Sharon - hope you get caught up and feel less snowed under in a few days. I am sitting writing a 'to do' list myself at the moment as I am going away on holiday at the weekend and don't want to forget to do or take anything. I have saved up the last few weeks TAST stitches to do while I am away as well as lots more projects and am looking forward to a visit to the Bayeux Tapestry as we are going to Normandy.
I just wanted to say I am green with envy that you are going to visit the Bayeux Tapestry - I have not seen it and it is definitely on my "things to do before I die to do list" (I have lists for everything LOL)
Enjoy having a few days off-there's something so good about catching up on things- and thanks for all the amazing links I have been following and finding fascinating.
Dear Sharon
I was delighted to see that you are offering a new class, as I have really loved your previously classes. However you may not be aware that the dates fall in the middle of the summer holidays in the Northern Hemisphere, which poses a problem for me as I am reluctant to start a class knowing that I will be travelling for 2-3 weeks in the middle. I do hope that you will be offering this class again in the near future.
