Sharon, don't jump back into things too soon, give yourself time. The flu bug this year has been vicious, I was over a week in bed or couch bound with a nasty fever etc. Get well soon, I found olive leaf extract tablets from the health food shop helped shorten recovery time, as well as the good old fashioned honey and lemon drinks and LOTS OF REST.
Hooroo, Cristine.
