Time for Letter S

Time for another post from my big blog list. So make a cuppa, take some time out to relax and browse the blogs a little.
I choose blogs that are on topic and written reasonably frequently, by textile practitioners and designers who do such things as quilt, stitch, dye, sew, embellish fabric, bead, use visual journals, or are interested in art and design. I also try and stick to blogs that are on topic at least 80% of the time. So I read back 10 posts if more than 2 posts are on something other than textiles/art I don’t include them. Blogs that are obviously written as marketing blogs or blogs that simply constantly review products and services with the express aim of selling goods I have excluded.
Here are the lists so far A , B, C , D , E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L , M, N, O , P, Q and R
With out further fuss here is the Letter S. Enjoy!

And thank you for your kind comment on my blog too!
Thanks so much for the inclusion in your awesome list. I missed all the other alpha info and so have missed a wealth of other links. How do I subscribe?
Thanks for the mention. I remember ages ago (2004?) I discovered your site because I googled "stitching blogs." As I read through your posts, there was a short review of my blog. I was so excited! I mean all the way from the southern hemisphere!
It's a much bigger community now, but it's still nice to get referred to. Thanks.
Sharon:
Thank you so very much for including my blog in that list of incredibly wonderful blogs! I am very honored.
Kim
Sharon, thanks for the mention and link to my site. And thanks for your visits and kind words of encouragement on my sampler. You have been such an inspiration to me over the past couple of years, especially through your Personal Library of Stitches course at Joggles and the TAST challenge. You are a great teacher!
Louise all the subscription links are in the sidebar.

Hi Sharon B. - Thanks for linking my blog (See. Be. Draw.) under your letter "S" listings!
Sharon, thank you for the link - You know, I think I'm quite horrified at how long I've been online in general
I've been referring people to your stitch dictionary for er.. over a decade now? I think I feel old.
