The last of the Alphabet

In order to complete my alphabetical listing of blogs by the end of the year I am posting the last section today. In other words the letters U, V, W, X, Y, Z so stop rushing around make a cuppa and take some time out to relax .
Here are the list of blogs so far A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L , M, N, O, P, Q, R, S and T
These lists are quite popular, so next year I will recommence the round again and as I go repeat the process, updating and adding blogs and removing those that are no longer active or have changed direction. As I have said before, I feel it’s better to publish this listing in sections as it gives people time to browse and be browsed.
If you have a blog that you would like me to check out please leave your blog address in as a comment and I will check it out.
Next year would you like more purely art and design blogs included in the listing? Are there other topics that you see related to textiles you would like to see more of? Leave a comment and let me know.
I choose blogs that are on topic and written reasonably frequently, by textile practitioners and designers who do such things as quilt, stitch, dye, sew, embellish fabric, bead, use visual journals, or people who are interested in art and design. I also try and stick to blogs that are on topic at least 80% of the time. So I read back 10 posts if more than 2 posts are on something other than textiles/art I don’t include them. Blogs that are obviously written as marketing blogs or blogs that simply constantly review products and services with the express aim of selling goods I have excluded.
So without any more fuss here are the letters U, V, W, X, Y, Z
U-Handbag Lisa is a handbag fanatic and as she shares her passion she also provides lots of tutorials on making bags, tips, tricks and advice.

Thanks Sharon for including my blog in your list. Looking forward to a great 2009.
Thankyou for all these alphabetical lists this year Sharon, they have been very inspiring to browse and I have added many to my RSS feed.
If you are at a loose end this year you might like to think about blog lists by categories. I have blogs saved by country and also by main subject; e.g. bags, crazy patchwork, embroidery etc. Some blogs I will add to several categories for reference. Just a thought. Cheers. Happy New Year.
Would you please check out my blogs & webpage, perhaps you might find them worthy to add to your list. I am especially interested in increasing the traffic to my webpage. Thanks so much in advance for the time and effort on your part!
