Introducing block 15 on the "I dropped the button box" quilt

This morning I will be  introducing block 15, on this grid, of the “I dropped the button box” quilt. 

As you can see there are 6 pieces of fabric in it. 

Fabric content:

Piece 1: Silk from an after 5 dress.

Piece 2: Cotton. This was sent to me in one of the first internet swaps I ever participated in 

Piece 3: Velvet  

Piece 4: Underneath all that stuff is a synthetic after five fabric

Piece 5: A synthetic soft furnishing fabric 

Piece 6: Satin 

Item Count: 

As I have explained before this quilt is a Y2K quilt which is made up of 2001 different elements. My definition of an element was either a different fabric, lace, braid, charm, buttons or ribbon. This count is an ongoing count of items and pieces in the quilt blocks documented so far.

Fabric: 6

Lace, braid and ribbon: 4

Buttons: 7

Charms: 1

Total items on this block: 18

Total tally of items on Quilt so far 295
