A tatted Mask!

Over on Instrucatbles.com I came across A modern twist to a traditional textile craft.


Take a look at  these directions on how to make a mask of tatting using cotton thread, swarovski crystals and wire.

How cool is this! I just love all the frilly, scrolly stuff! And how I wish I knew how to tat! This would be wonderful for a Goth look!
Explanation: I recently decided to make a CQ tin for a daughter of a friend and I had no idea she was into Goth! So now I'm scrounging to come up with ideas as to just HOW I'm going to pull this off!

I'm thinking it might be easier to learn how to tat and make this than to make that tin!!
