Stitches:

This area is decorated with some hand dyed nylon lace. I worked running stitch, along the edge of the lace and at the dip in the scallop I worked a detached chain stitch. I also decorated it with some sequins and a bead

Thread:

A hand dyed buttonhole twist silk  

Placement on block: 

On block 17 this lace sits in the corner of piece 3 

Dyes: 

Procion cold water dyes for the silk thread and disperse dyes for the nylon lace
