CQ Detail 117

Detail description:

As you can see this detail is a braid held down with a fine metalic thread and further embellished with beads, detached chain stitch and straight stitch.
Thread:
Stranded cotton floss and fine metallic thread
 

Placement on block: 

On block 17 this braid runs along the side of piece 5
