CQ Detail 62

Stitches:

This seam is embellished with a variation of feather stitch. A seed bead is at the end of each ‘arm’

Thread:

DMC perle thread #8. 

Placement and Foundation Fabric: 

This line of stitching runs down the middle of  piece 3 on the diagram in the post written to introduce block 9. In the same article I also talked about the foundation fabrics I used.
