Work in Progress Wednesday

Well this is my work in progress report ... I feel as if I am skating through the door waving it at you ... I nearly did not make it, as I was stitching till late so I would have something to post! So here is is I am puffing but I made it.

On the one hand this is where these weekly reports keep me on the straight and narrow on the other I have been stitching TAST 2 samples but I can't show them yet!

Anyway this is the first block in what I am calling the lace quilt. I thought I would share it with you. If you click on it you should be taken to a larger image.

I always love to see your work, Sharon. And one of the reasons I started a blog was to give me another excuse to keep up the embroidery...

So intricate, Sharon! Yum. If I ever make a big quilt again, it will be a lace quilt... I have so very much to use up!

I love the colors and lines in this --and especially the buttons. It looks like something I could spend a lot of time looking over, even after years of it being around the house...and I mean that in a totally non-stoner way, haha.

I am loving what you did with the rick rack too! The whole block just sings..must have been lots of fun to do, even if you had to push to get it done in time.
