For the Love of Stitching Sampler - Section 13

It is time to introduce section 13 of the For love of stitching band sampler.

As you can see it is only small. I was going to work a sampler of chain stitches but I broke the routine because I had to work samples for a calls I was writing. Also I think after working so many buttonhole varieties I was a little tired of the restriction of working one stitch variety band after band. So I just stopped with a little area.

One thing about this type of sampler is that I can just cut it off where I want to!

The sampler was worked in January 2006  on hand dyed linen.

In case a search engine has landed you here this post is part of series documenting a hand embroidered band sampler, which now measures over 44 feet long and is still growing as I still stitch it. All posts in the series are in the category For the Love of Stitching band sampler
